During your consultation, we’ll assess your training history, current health, and physical limitations, triaging what’s worked and what hasn’t. This allows us to design your program safely and effectively from day one. We’ll clarify your goals and build a clear, realistic mission plan aligned with your lifestyle, schedule, and ability level. You’ll also be guided through our coaching options, pricing, and next steps if you choose to proceed. Onsite: In-person movement and exercise capability assessment. Offsite: Structured screening and live video movement assessment to deliver a personalised program remotely

ABOUT OMEGABUILT

Hi, I’m Shannon, owner and Head coach of OMEGABUILT. I'm an Australian Army veteran delivering professional fitness coaching built on discipline, experience, and proven systems. I specialise in strength training, conditioning, functional fitness, muscle-building, fat loss, and practical nutrition guidance.

My coaching philosophy is simple: train with purpose, use correct form and technique, and apply evidence-based methods that actually work. I help clients of all levels train safely, effectively, and confidently—whether they’re just starting or pushing towards their next level of performance.

We also have the added benefit of Sam, a military medical veteran with over 10 years of experience and a practising registered nurse. She is also the co-owner of Omega Built, bringing a unique blend of components and a clinical mindset to the health and fitness industry. This ensures you receive safe, appropriate, and effective guidance to help you progress and reach your fitness goals.

Additionally, we understand the challenges of living a busy, demanding life, having both worked and continue to work in high-pressure industries. At OMEGA BUILT, training is accessible, results-driven, and sustainable—without the intimidation. As both soldier and business owner, Shannon knows the pressure of high-performance environments. He’s seen the impact shift work has on the body and mind through his partner's nursing experience and his own career.
Sammie lives the busy, stressful life of a nurse, giving us confidence that we understand and sympathise with your struggles. With her added military experience, she has a range of tools to help you achieve your fitness goals.
